Inspiring Landscaping Ideas That Will Impress Your Guest

Creating Unique Apple Tree Landscapes

Apple Tree Landscapes began as a landscape nursery, but quickly evolved into landscaping construction. Five sons would join the family company, creating a landscape design/build business with a strong reputation for creating quality, original works of art, meeting your expectations, and exceeding customer expectations. We’ve cultivated a long loyal clientele with an undying commitment to superior work, creative design, and attentive customer service. Whether you’re looking for a lush, tree-filled landscape garden or a simple water feature, we’re sure you’ll find just what you’re looking for.

Hardscape Landscaping. Hardscaping refers to any type of landscaping plants that are used to create a unique effect in a yard. Hardscape plants can be used to contrast with the design of the lawn, or they can enhance the beauty and natural texture of the yard. The texture can be a coarse grass texture, or a soft and lush landscape carpeting. Hardscape plants can also be used to hide or conceal certain areas of the garden. For example, if you have a pool, this type of landscaping plants can help to conceal the pool’s shape and create a more serene atmosphere within the garden.

Water Features. Water features can add a touch of magic and whimsy to your apple tree landscaping designs, whether they’re simple waterfalls cascades, ponds, or even artificial water gardens. With the proper amount of lighting and materials, water features can be very beautiful additions to a landscape garden. A small fountain is often all that is necessary to create a unique water feature in an otherwise unsophisticated setting.

A Waterfall. A waterfall can be used to cascade water down a side of an apple tree, or it can cascade down from higher up in an apple tree. Either way, a waterfall can be dramatic and truly amazing. They’re also very useful when it comes to cooling off a hot day. Many people choose to use a small waterfall in their garden as a cool centerpiece, rather than a large free-standing one.

Ponds and Swimming Pools. Apple trees do not have the best growing conditions in direct sunlight, so many people choose to plant them in a pond or swimming pool. Swimming pools are especially popular in the southeastern part of the United States, where a cool climate makes it practical to swim throughout the summer. Apple trees can also thrive in a shallow pond, which is usually covered with water. The only limitation to a pond is that it must be wide enough for your trees to move freely in all directions.

Fountains. A water feature can add a soothing quality to your apple tree landscaping, especially if you use flowing water. Smaller fountains and ponds, such as the Pond Master series by Garden Centers USA and Hotels & Interiors, can be just the right size for your tree and will work well in combination with your apple trees. You can even install a solar powered fountain if you don’t want to drain your water supply.

Paths. If you really want to showcase your trees and make them the focus of your landscape, you should consider creating a path through your yard. This can be accomplished in one of two ways: by placing paths throughout your yard, or by simply building a walkway around your home. A path through your yard allows you to show off your tree and help visitors navigate from your home to your tree. It also makes it easier for you to mow your trees and keep up with your maintenance and pruning throughout your home. Pathways can be decorated with flowers and shrubs and can even be made to match your decking or patio furniture.

You can see that there are many ways that you can landscape your apple tree gardens. While you may have a specific idea in mind, you can easily change your mind and incorporate other ideas into your apple tree landscapes. Make sure that you talk it over with your family and take into account the different needs of your family as well. And of course, remember that these are all just a starting point, so get out there and explore your apple tree heights!
